1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Profound.ly Booking platform (the "Service"), operated by Profound.ly ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Profound.ly Booking is a scheduling platform that allows professionals to connect their Google Calendar, set their availability, and share a booking link with clients. Clients can view available time slots and book sessions, which are automatically added to both parties' calendars.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- Each user may only create one account
4. Google Calendar Integration
By connecting your Google Calendar to the Service, you authorize us to:
- Access your calendar's free/busy information to determine available slots
- Create calendar events on your behalf when bookings are confirmed
- Store OAuth tokens necessary to maintain the calendar connection
You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your calendar from the dashboard or via your Google Account settings.
5. Booking Policies
- Professionals are responsible for maintaining accurate availability settings
- Bookings are confirmed automatically upon submission
- Both parties receive a Google Calendar invitation for confirmed bookings
- Cancellation and rescheduling should be handled directly between parties
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
- Create multiple accounts or use misleading usernames
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by Profound.ly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed appointments, calendar sync issues, or scheduling conflicts that may arise from use of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted, including any stored OAuth tokens.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
